I had a really disappointing experience at this resort. The check-in process was frustratingly slow, and the room was not at all up to standard. It felt dirty and poorly maintained, which was very off-putting. The staff was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about addressing my concerns. Overall, this place needs a serious overhaul to become anything close to enjoyable.
The room I stayed in was filthy and not comfortable at all. There were no basic amenities like soap or clean towels.
The service was terrible. Staff were uninterested and it took forever to get any help.
The location was decent, but that's about the only upside.
Facilities were lacking; there should have been basic items like a kettle or utensils available without needing to rent them.
